We enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay and loved the spacious double room with a terrace, where we chilled after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's lounge was cozy, perfect for relaxing with a drink, and the pool area was a great spot to unwind. The breakfast was a bit hectic and could use better organization, but it didn’t ruin our overall vibe. 😊

I really liked the spacious room and the modern decor throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring Granada easy. I appreciated the helpful staff at the reception, always ready to assist with questions. However, there were a couple of downsides. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room enough for comfort, staying only at 22.5°C, and the mattress felt a bit hard for my liking. Parking was another issue. it was quite expensive and navigating the tight spaces was stressful. The absence of coffee facilities in the room was frustrating, as I enjoy having coffee first thing in the morning. These little things impacted my experience, but the overall ambiance of the hotel was enjoyable and welcoming.

Fantastic location with spacious rooms and incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is just a short walk to the city center and has a nice terrace to enjoy the fresh air. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and the homemade yogurt served at breakfast was a delightful treat. While the cleanliness was excellent, parking can be a bit tricky, and it would be wise to book dining reservations in advance, especially during peak times.

Ideal for couples looking for comfort
The staff here, they … they're incredible! They made us feel welcomed, even provided us a cake for my mother's birthday – seriously, who does that? ! Plus, the food was just delicious. I mean, breakfast was a mix of Spanish and English that satisfied all of us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable.
